My husband bought Season one for me after we saw the Inu Yasha movies, 1,2 and 3. Our family became wrapped up in this story. It has so much to offer! There's Kikyo, who first loved Inu Yasha. Then there's Kagome who is torn between her own world and this magical and often frightening time. The sad story of Kikyo, Kagome and InuYasha would be enough to keep me watching, but there is so much more! and so many sad moments. But then, there are many funny times too. I would recomend this anime to anyone who likes romance and comedy and who doesn't mind watching some pretty grusome battles. Also there is some mild language in some of the volumes. so parents may wish to view it first alone. I do wish there were no curse words. Still, I love this story :)
