International packages are shipped to the address listed in eBay.  The address is copied and pasted from the eBay transaction into my USPS shipping software to avoid any typing mistakes on my part.  Please be sure your address is correct in eBay, especially if you've moved recently.  It's a good idea to provide a phone number as well.  Any and all fees related to customs or handling of the package are the buyer's responsibility.  I have no idea what each country charges or how they handle incoming international packages.  Customs forms will be filled out accurately, and will show "merchandise".   Both First Class and Priority International Mail are available to you.  First Class International has a weight limit of 4 pounds (approximately 1,830g), including packaging.

No shipping occurs on Saturday (except when absolutely necessary), and the US Postal Service is closed on Sunday and US national holidays.
