This  100% cotton hat features a reinforced brim to hold its shape, a gathered back with slight overhang at the back neck area, and  generous matching tie strings, so you can create a nice bow under your chin!

Shipping within the United States is by U.S. Postal Priority Mail.

If you need to receive your item(s) within a certain timeframe for a special event, please contact us BEFORE the end of the auction to make sure this is possible. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, and will notify you if we do not feel your request can be met.

Because we do not have any control over the time it takes the Post Office to deliver your package, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES!

In our experience, most domestic packages take two to three business days to be delivered, but delays can occur due to extreme weather conditions, or even something as simple as the letter carrier leaving you a notice in your mailbox that your package is waiting for you at the Post Office (which of course will be closed by the time you see the notice!). Therefore, please take unexpected delays into consideration if you are in a hurry to receive your package!

Packages sent by U.S. Postal DO NOT HAVE TRACKING NUMBERS, but we do include Delivery Confirmation at no additional charge to our buyers. When your package is delivered, it will be scanned, and the delivery date and time will be recorded. However, U.S. Postal does not provide a service whereas packages can be tracked while they are in still in transit.

RETURNS: Due to State and Federal Regulations governing the sale of wigs and hairpieces, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except in cases of defective merchandise. Therefore, please select carefully!

We inspect all merchandise before it leaves our warehouse. However, no one is perfect, and in the rare instance that you may receive a product that is defective, or has been mis-marked by the manufacturer, it will be cheerfully exchanged.

CONFIDENTIALITY: We are very aware of the need to protect our buyers’ privacy. Therefore, all wigs and related items are packaged discretely in standard U.S. Postal Priority Mail boxes, or in plain cardboard packaging.

The word “wigs” does NOT appear on our shipping labels, or anywhere else on the outside of the package for shipments within the U.S. However, we are required by law to list the contents of the package on the customs form for international shipments.

At no time do we share any of our customers’ names, addresses, or personal information. We will never disclose or sell our customers’ information to a third party. We will never send you any unsolicited advertising material or put you on a mailing list of any kind without your permission. Period.
