RETURNS: Due to State and Federal Regulations governing the sale of wigs and hairpieces, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except in cases of defective merchandise. Therefore, please select carefully!
We inspect all merchandise before it leaves our warehouse. However, no one is perfect, and in the rare instance that you may receive a product that is defective, or has been mis-marked by the manufacturer, it will be cheerfully exchanged.
CONFIDENTIALITY: We are very aware of the need to protect our buyers’ privacy. Therefore, all wigs and related items are packaged discretely in standard U.S. Postal Priority Mail boxes, or in plain cardboard packaging.
The word “wigs” does NOT appear on our shipping labels, or anywhere else on the outside of the package for shipments within the U.S. However, we are required by law to list the contents of the package on the customs form for international shipments.
At no time do we share any of our customers’ names, addresses, or personal information. We will never disclose or sell our customers’ information to a third party. We will never send you any unsolicited advertising material or put you on a mailing list of any kind without your permission. Period.
