This set is from American Girl.

This outfit is retired. They come to you in original American Girl packaging - everything is new and unopened.

Included in this set is:
Blue velvet dress and hat are trimmed with faux fur, and silver snowflake embroidery on the dress. Doll accessories inlcude tights, furry collar for Bitty Bear a metal bell and an activity book with holiday crafts.
