Two 9' wide by 8' high overhead doors.

24" eave and gable overhangs.

119" ceiling height and 179" height from floor to peak of roof with a 4/12 roof pitch.

Note--If you need a lower building you could change to 3/12 pitch truss system during construction.

 (NOTE!)-This garage is figured with 9' studs to allow for headroom of (8' HIGH DOORS).

If you do not need 8' high doors you can deduct the following from materials and use same plans. 

Three pcs. of wall shtg.

3/4 square of siding.

And change to standard 92 5/8" length studs.
