This is an unpacked (still in unopened glitter plastic) stamp set of 5 DUO STAMPS " HARRY POTTER " stamps issued 2008 - a SET Duo stamps issued by the Belgian Postal Services - the price for these stamps is $ +/- 8.00 when you get them in the post office and if you buy on the Internet you pay S/H $ 7.80 about, but the postal offices do not offer international delivery for this item on the internet anymore! too!These sets are limited in issues and hard to get outside Belgium!Even they are only a limited time availabe in the Philatelic centers of the Post Offices!
