PURCHASING AND SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

Unless our product is advertised with free shipping we ask you to please hold off paying until we send

you the invoice, this could eliminate any problems after the sale over the shipping cost. We require payment within 7 days from the time the auction ends. We prefer payment via PayPal .

• We ship 5 days a week, Mon-Fri and do our best to ship items as soon as payment clears. Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (3-4 during holiday season)
• I ask that you please keep shipping expectations realistic. Keep in mind that first Class shipping may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive after leaving our location. FIRST CLASS POSTAGE IS THE CHEAPEST FOR A REASON Priority shipping usually takes around 3-5 business days to arrive after leaving our location.
• Insurance / Overnight / Express / UPS shipping services are all available upon request.
•  APO/FPO shipping: If you have an APO/FPO address please keep your shipping expectations realistic. Our Military customers are very important to us therefore we ship to your locations around the world.
• International customers will be responsible for any customs charges. We will not mark any item as “Gift” or change the declared value.
• International customers, if you DO NOT receive your item or if your item is damaged in any way, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE CANNOT and WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, for the delivery!!

Customer satisfaction is very important to us therefore we do accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your item(s) in any way please contact me as soon as possible. We ask that you ship the item back to us within 3 days. We do not require that it arrive in 3 days just that it is shipped within 3 days. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition as when it left our store. Providing the item is undamaged, a refund will be given for the item itself but not for shipping cost.
