We charge a reasonable shipping & handling fee. These fees cover some of the costs of purchasing new packing materials and labor costs. We use new boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap and Kraft paper.

•  We ship via UPS and USPS. 
• UPS shipments are picked up for delivery Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
• USPS shipments are picked up for delivery Monday-Saturday, excluding Holidays.

• Please view the map below provided by UPS to view days to deliver to your state from MA. Although the information is quite accurate, please note that transit times are not guaranteed. Weather conditions may also cause delays.

• Please note that due to each country's limitations on carton size/weight and restrictions of particular inbound products, we may not be able to ship certain items to your country.
• We offer shipment via USPS International Priority Mail, UPS and UPS Standard to Canada.
• Duty taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns ONLY if an item is defective or damaged.
• You must notify us of any damage within two (2) business days upon delivery of your item(s).
• You must contact us for approval prior to returning any item.
• Any item returned MUST include all original packaging and accessories.
• Items returned that are found not to be defective or missing original packaging or accessories will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
