Returns can only be accepted if the item sent is incorrect or is DOA (dead on arrival).  Customers who receive incorrect items will need to submit a picture of the incorrect item.  DOAs will be tested to work once returned.  DOAs returns passing test will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
