I stand behind all of the items that I sell.  If you are unhappy with the item please notify me by email immediately and please state your reason for the return; a reasonable explanation must be given before item can be returned. The buyer is only eligible for a refund of the original amount of the auction item, not postal fees. The buyer must return the item within 7 days to the seller in the same condition as received, pay return postal fees and cost of USPS insurance up to the amount of the value the item.  Please note: If the buyer initially chooses not to insure the item during the initial mailing and the item arrives to the buyer accidentally damaged, it is at the cost of buyer and a refund will not be honored. This policy is established as a fair procedure to protect the buyer and seller.

International Customers Please Note:

First Class International is least expensive for international customers and is only available for packages that are less than 4 pounds. There are no special services such as insurance or tracking available for packages mailed in this manner.  Using this form of mailing is at the risk of the buyer.  Priority Mail International is the safest way to mail items internationally.  It includes tracking and allows for the purchase of insurance. This is the only manner that is recognized by Ebay and this seller for shipping items internationally.  Requesting that the item to be mailed in any other manner other then Priority Mail International with insurance is at the buyers risk and does not qualify for buyer protections should the item not arrive or is damaged during shipment. 

The seller will make every effort to package each item with care using a hard box (unless otherwise specified), bubble wrap, stiro chips and other packing materials to insure safe mailing.
