This is a Gund Thank you for the gift of Jesus Christmas 2000 Bear. He is a sparkly cream color and has a gold edged bow and pocket . This is a beautiful Bear. I will list as great used condition. The only thing wrong with him is that he was given as a  gift to someone as their names are inside one card on his ear. He is perfect in every other way!!
