This is a new top made by Kelly's Kids, in a size 6 months. It is light blue and white checked. It ties on the shoulders and has a ruffle at the bottom. It is the seersucker material and it is perfect for monogramming. Please see my other auctions for more, new cute items!! Shipping is 2.95 for one item shipped by first class mail.  Anything else is shipped with this one is an additional 2.00 each item. Please make one payment for all items being shipped together. If you need a combined invoice, please let me know.  Please add 1.85 for insurance. I accept paypal. Please email me if you have any additional questions or if the picture does not come in.
