This book is in like new condition except for one thing:  there is a small tear at the lower front corner (about 3/8")--looks as though it's been dropped.  Otherwise the cover is shiny, intact, colorful.  The dust cover is also shiny and intact.  The pages are firmly bound and clean without creases, writing, highlighting, or underlining.
