As of June 15, 2007 we no longer ship out of country. Insurance IS available within the USA @ $1.85 per $50.00. If you do NOT purchase insurance; I am not responsible for how the Post Office mishandles the mail. A delivery confirmation receipt is available for 85 cents and then there is a number to call to track your item. Please do not ask for cheaper ship/handling. My rates are as low as I can make them and lower than most.
