Since Ebay/Paypal have made several changes we have to make every effort to protect our interest and investment and our guest/clients as well. We have had in the past "the bad apple" Buyer or Reseller purchase a perfect item/product and switch out "their" old, broken or damaged item/product and then request a chargeback/appeal. Sending us back Old/damaged items/products in exchange for our perfect undamaged product.
