We will charge a flat $4.95 for anyone in the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).  Yes, we happily ship scrubs to Canada - please see the shipping chart below this auction for the flat rate to your country.

Combined Shipping:  We happily combine shipping & handling on all items won within a 3-day period.  The first item's S&H will cost the full $4.95 and we will add $3.50 to your total S&H for each item after that, for USA only.
Please DO NOT use the eBay checkout until you have gotten a combined invoice from us.

Insurance:  Shipping insurance costs only $1.30, it is not required but we strongly recommend that you get it.  We are not responsible for items lost and damaged by the US Post Office.
