New, sealed item. There is a small slit in the bar code in the rear of the case underneath the seal,
but the seal has never been broken, and this DVD has never been opened or played.

There may be a hole punched through the bar code, or a line
drawn through. On sealed DVDs, sealed means NEVER opened; I don't sell
DVDs that have been opened and re-sealed. On used DVDs, there are no
visible scratches, unless specifically noted, and no playback issues.
These DVDs have been handled, but never abused, and I believe my
classification to be accurate. It isn't going to do me any good in the
long run if you purchase something from me that is not how I described
it!
If you take a look at my feedback, you'll see that my customers
appreciate my commitment to shipping paid items as soon as possible.
Most of the time, if your auction ends on a weekend, and I have
received payment by Sunday night, that item is shipped & on its way
to you on Monday. If I buy something on Ebay & pay for it, I'd sure
like to get it that fast. Why shouldn't you?
