Payment Types Accepted:
PayPal. You may also pay from your personal checking account electronically through PayPal, called an"e-check," but be aware that e-checks take approx. four business days to clear and we ship after the funds have cleared. Payment is required within three days when paying with PayPal.

If an item is not paid for and/or contact cannot be made with the Buyer, we will file an unpaid item report with eBay 7 days after the auction closes.

SUNHEART CLOTHING ships 2-3 times a week via USPS Priority Mail to US destinations. Shipment is expected to arrive at your US destination within three business days after shipment. You will receive an email confirmation when your package is shipped. SUNHEART CLOTHING Insurance for the full value is REQUIRED on all shipments both in US & INTERNATIONALLY. We are not responsible for postal shipping delays or acts of random chaos.

No Returns for Discounted,  or Color or Fit Issues: Please know your measurements & check against listing measurements-both the sizing link & actual total measurements. In Exceptional cases item may be returned for store credit provided that we are notified that the item is being returned within seven days of receipt. Credit toward future purchases will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping charges, and return shipping will be at the buyers expense with a 15% restocking fee.

Items should be returned in the same or similar packaging within 7 days of sale, unworn, tags intact & not smelling of perfume. Store credit will be issued subject to SUNHEART CLOTHING receipt of the item/s in its original condition. Return shipments should be sent 1st class & insured: SUNHEART CLOTHING is Not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in shipment. A refund request will be granted only in the case that we are shown to have misrepresented the item. Other refund requests due to special circumstances will be considered but granted at our discretion.
