Actual shipping charged by the post office plus $.50 handling charge which includes packaging materials, gas to take to the post office, printing label (I offer Delivery Confirmation free of charge on most packages - please refer to information below)
Delivery Confirmation: I include this on most all packages, but there are some exclusions.
Reasons I would NOT include Delivery Confirmation include:
* Your address is NOT found through the usps.com site.
* If the usps.com system is having issues/not working
* If my computer or printer is having issues/not working
Delivery Confirmation is a FREE service to you, but costs me if I cannot print it online: therefore the exceptions.
