Payment Instructions & Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without the express authorization of Antiqua2, and then only for damaged goods. No cash refunds will be made. Freight damaged goods will be repaired replaced by Antiqua2 and returned to customer within reasonable time.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance fees. We can take payment through Paypal, and other traditional means. Once the bid is over we expect full payment to be made within 10 business days. Item will be packed or crated as soon as payment clears.

If an item is damaged in shipping the shipping company will be responsible for providing a suitable solution. we always propose to have insurance for every item you ship. items are not guaranteed to be in original condition; in some instances there might be prior repairs that we are not aware of. no refunds will be made due to a repair allegedly de-valuing the item.

We do our packaging professionally using the best materials available such as bubble wraps, cardboards rolls, double wall cardboard, and corners to protect all our packages from any mishandling by the shipper. we stand behind our work and will pay for any damage immediately after you file for a claim. we also package moderate sized articles ourselves; fragile items such as chandeliers, clocks, mirrors, sculpture and paintings must be professionally packaged to meet insurance requirements they are then shipped via express mail, priority mail, ups or Fedex. furniture and other bulky or heavy purchases are shipped via professional common carrier (truck or cargo van) to the customer's home or business, usually within 4 weeks. Customers may also make their own shipping arrangements using a courier or common carrier of their choice. please note that a person should be available to help unload upon reception of your item.
