 Payments are expected to be received 3 days tops after auction ends.  If payment is not received I follow the normal e-bay procedure which is to report an unpaid item.

 I try to ship items up to 4 days after they are paid for - sometimes earlier. I do have little children and sometimes things happen and I might delay a day or so, but I will let you know in that case.   USPS shipping would be used for Domestic shipping (48 continental states of the United States). UPS or USPS would be used for Alaska, Hawaii and International bidders.  International Bidders must make arrangements and verify cost for shipping and insurance, prior to bidding. Telephone number is required for all International shipments. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Please keep in mind that any customs charges or duties due upon receipt of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask me to mark lower value than the price paid at the end of the auction, this is ilegal. Also, I have no control over International Postal Service delivery.  I will provide tracking number when I ship internationally, but if you do not receive your item, it is your responsibility to check with your postal service.

Will apply discount for shipping with multiple purchases, except for fragile items.

To keep shipping costs low, I do not use any fancing packaging, but I assure your item will get to you safe. I might recycle store plastic bags to wrap shoes and other items inside package.  Good for the environment and cost effective :)

This list is from best (top) to worst (bottom) condition.

NEW – Brand New

GREAT – Very Good Used Condition,. This item will have no stains, cracks, chips or holes, only minimal, normal wear.

GOOD - Little Bit of Wear, with minor imperfections, but a lot of life left.

FAIR - Very Used Condition. May be damaged or have noticeable flaws. I would only list these items, if I feel they are rare or hard to find. 

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

               I will only allow a return if the items are not as described.  I have described every item to the best of my ability - do not bid if you are not sure.  If a return is necessary it will be returned with your responsibility of the shipping cost. Refunds will be made to the original purchase price only, after I receive the item.  I have no reason to not disclose - Please bid with confidence - I want to continue to due business on eBay and my reputation is very important to me.
