LOST PARCELS



It has been over seven days since I paid and I still have not received my parcel?

Often the postman has been but not left a while you were out card and the item is at your local post office. The Royal Mail allows itself 15 working days to deliver First Class mail in the UK before it will consider it to be lost. 
It is not until this time that we are able to make a claim and as part of the claim process you will be asked by Royal mail to verify that you have not received the parcel. Once the Royal Mail has notified us that you have responded to their enquiry, we are then able to offer you a refund or post a duplicate item, whichever you prefer

Return Terms



All sales come with 14 day full refund or exchange guarantee (not including postage). If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within this period and we will replace the defective item for you. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued to your Paypal account.
