DESCRIPTION

Vintage mini Christmas light strand tested working, but the last run is shorting with what I believe is loose bulb. They don't sell for enough to make it worth going over every bulb, but with my personal experience on these every year at Christmas time... I feel it's only a bulb with loose wire and replacing bulb would likely make entire set work no problem. These appear to be 4 or 5 way flashing in sequince. I tried to video to show. I hope it works on here. However please note photo also as the plug is broken.

  6. We DO file police reports on items sold and claimed for missing parts when we know they are not. This is a crime to purchase, remove parts and return. This note is necessary due to the increase of other sellers noting buyers stealing from them in this way.

 

 

q       Payment

  1. Buyer is to wait for invoice unless shipping is included in item description
  2. Buyer is to insure payment is received (not paid) within 7 days of receiving invoice otherwise NPB (non-paying bidder) is filed. If payment is received prior to the wait period of additional 7 days NPB status will be cleared. NO EXCEPTIONS
  3. NO PERSONAL Checks will be accepted due to bounce charges not being able to be recouped. NO EXCEPTIONS They will be returned to sender as unaccepted form of payment and NPB filed
  4. Paypal only* accepted forms of payment per ebay instructions
  5. Overseas buyers must pay with paypal immediately after receiving invoice otherwise NPB is filed as non accepted form of payment

 

q       Shipping

  1. We pass on shipping insurance at cost, this is considered a reimbursed expense therefore buyer is actually purchasing the insurance and therefore responsible for filing any loss / damage shipping claims with shipping carrier selected at checkout. (You will need to save a copy of invoice & tracking / confirmation in order to file this claim)
  2. We print all postage on line and include buyer e-mail so they receive tracking and confirmation # when label is printed, buyer is responsible for tracking items shipped
  3. Shipping takes place within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment weekdays only
  4. We do charge a handling fee that is NEVER more than $3 over shipping cost which is included when shipping calculator is in listing, unless special request is made.
  5. Special shipping /handling requests must be made prior to receiving invoice as if you have received invoice that means the item has been packed.
  6. Special requests made after invoice is sent will incur additional costs
  7. I will NOT be responsible for loss / damage during shipping when insurance is NOT selected
  8. Insurance may be mandatory at our discretion
