 I don't know the age of this jewelry box, but it is in very good condition. It measures 8" by 4". The inside has hooks, an inside cover and 3 partial snaps on the inside top. I don't know if something was attached to the snaps or not (possibly a strap?). Box is red velvet. The gold fasteners on the lid snap down to close the box. It would be great for traveling. There a few light, very light, scuff marks on the top (see picture of box closed). Even the bottom is red velvet. This is a very classy jewelry box. Many thanks!!!
