I generally ship Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated in the auction. Once payment has cleared. item will be shipped within 1 business day. If more than one item is purchased, whenever possible, I will do my best to combine shipping to save you a little money. Your item will be insured & you will receive a summary email from Auctiva after insurance is purchased.
International bidders please note that shipping & handling fees do not include duties that may be incurred at customs. It's your responsibilty to check with your country's customs office to find out if any fees will be due on arrival...these are your responsibility to pay separately.
Due to the new feedback rules implemented by Ebay, it may no longer be possible for a seller to leave honest feedback for a buyer. Although most of my buyers have been honest & delightful to work with, there is still the possibility of feedback abuse, therefore, I feel I must implement new rules that I didn't feel were necessary before:
I will NOT give partial refunds.
I will refund in full (purchase price only - not shipping) in the instance outlined previously. However, if the feedback system is abused & you leave negative feedback before I have a chance to rectify a situation, I will rescind this offer.
I reserve the right to cancel your bid if I am uncomfortable with the feedback you either receive or have given to another seller.
I will not accept bids from people who have private feedback. If it's private, you most likely are hiding something, & I won't deal with that. If you place a bid, expect it to be canceled & you will be blocked from any of my future auctions.
A lot of my items have been purchased from estate sales & I don't know their history. They are mostly vintage items & most vintage items are not perfect. Please keep this in mind when bidding. I do my best to describe these items as well as the pictures I take are usually pretty detailed to show you it's condition. If perfection is what you are seeking, you probably shouldn't bid on vintage items. All sales are final, unless I have grossly misrepresented the item in which case, you need to inform me within 3 days of receiving item. Your winning bid only (no shipping/handling fees) will be refunded when item is returned in the same condition it was sent.
