Shoebox Savings Inc promises to follow the guidelines stated below and to help you have a satisfying online shopping experience. Please read our terms of Sale and Store Polices before placing a bid.
All bids are considered a binding contract which assumes you have read and agree to our policies stated below.
Please make sure that the shoes you are bidding on fit you. All Nike brand shoes generally run 1/2 size smaller than other major brands such as Addidas, Reebok & Sketchers to name a few. However, that is not a catchall since each model within the brand may fit differently due to the design of the shoes. Please be aware that if the shoes do not fit you, we allow you to return your shoes but we do charge a $5 restocking fee and other terms apply. Please read the Return Policy section for more information.
Once an item receives a bid you are obligated to purchase if you are the winning bidder. We will allow the canceling of an auction prior to close ONLY if the buyer is capable of canceling his/her own bid prior to close. All closed auctions will require payment within 7 days or you may choose to pay a 15% restocking fee to release you from your obligation. Please see the Unpaid Item Section for more information.
We have specific policies in place concerning Payment methods, Shipping Methods, Shipping Times, Shipping Costs and their requirements. Please review those policies below for detailed information.

When buying items from
another country, there are typically fees associated with importing goods. Those
fees are charged by local Government Agencies and by brokerage companies which
process the import paperwork. If you have never imported before please be aware
that you will need to have a brokerage account. There is usually a one time set
up fee for that. You can choose your brokerage account or one will be created
for you. Note Shoebox Savings Inc. does not receive any money for this it all
goes to your government and the processing agent of your choosing (processing
agent is usually assigned by the company that is shipping your item - UPS or
USPS) Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All duties, customs, taxes and brokerage fees are payable
upon receipt to your government or their processing agents.
Shoebox Savings realizes
that importing can be costly and is willing to help you by declaring your item a
Gift. However their are limitations as to what we can legally do. Therefore we
respectfully ask that you do not request for any changes to the declaration
values except as noted below.
With United Parcel
Services the declared value will be at $20 USD and shipped as Gift from Shoebox Savings.
In the event that customs does an audit on the shipment, we are required
to change the declared value to the amount requested by the customs agent. If
this occurs we will notify you via email.
With United States
Postal Service the declared value will be at the bid price and sent as Gift from Mr. & Mrs. Gina & Stacy Yoder.
Thank you for considering
buying multiple items from us. Since we are restricted in the size and weight of
a single package we only allow 6 items in one order at any given time. Due to
the # of unpaid items that can accumulate on large sales we will only allow
orders purchased within a 7 day period to be combined. PLEASE, WAIT TO CHECK OUT UNTIL YOU ARE DONE BUYING ALL ITEMS
OR 7 DAYS.
Please note the Unpaid Item
Process concerning orders left unpaid for more than 2 days.
Payment is due at
the close of auction except where you intend to combine multiple items closing
within a 3 day period. We will send winning bidder notifications in about an
hour after the auction closes, or you may use the checkout link located through
out this listing to make your payment. Ebay does take a little bit of time to
update our system with the winning bidder information, therefore we respectfully
ask you wait up to an hour before trying to checkout if you unable to pay
immediately.

Asian and Middle Eastern Countries must be shipped to the billing address only.
(no gift shipments)
Please be aware Shoebox Savings
sends automated emails out to our winning bidders requesting payment.
Reminder emails will
be sent on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th day after the auction closes - regardless of
your situation (waiting for combined auctions, or payment in the mail, etc).
These are automated! If no payment has
been received and processed by the 4th day an Unpaid item dispute will be issued
at Ebay for non payment. From there we
will wait until the 8th day after an auction closes before the order is
canceled and final notification is given to Ebay of non payment.
Ebay requires all sellers to
use the Unpaid Item Dispute Process in order to refund fees we pay on every
item. Ebay takes non payment for items very seriously. Please read Ebay's unpaid
item policy for more information.
In the event that you no
longer wish to purchase the item
we will allow buyers to cancel a sale when the following criteria are met.
- Positive Feedback has been
left.
- Buyer agrees to close Ebay's
Unpaid Item Dispute as a Mutual agreement to cancel the sale.
- Buyer pays seller a 15%
restocking fee.
Sales Tax is applicable in the following states:
Arizona at a rate of 8.1%

We have a 15-day Non-Defective items guarantee subject to a
$5 restocking fee. For non-defective items we will refund the price of the item minus a
$5 restocking fee (not including shipping & handling) as long as the item is returned to us within 15 days after the order was shipped in the same new condition it was recieved in. 15 days means you need to return the item within 5 days of receiving it. Please try your items on carpet to see if they fit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will not accept returns that are taped in there original boxes. Please email support@shoeboxsavings.com for directions on returning your item.
We check all our
shoes for defect before sending them out to you. However if you receive a defective
item we will provide you with directions to return the items directly to the
manufacturer. Nike offers a purchase voucher valued at the original suggested retail value of the item you received
on all defective returns.
Please do NOT send us your defective return we can not refund your shipping and
handling or waive our restocking fee. The manufacturer is the best place to return your
defective items.
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and handling will be issued upon receipt of
damage or loss claim payment from
Endicia, UPS or USPS. Please note this process can take up to 8 weeks.
Shoebox Savings Inc takes your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you to any other person or third party provider except where
necessary to complete your transaction. We do keep records of all information provided by you on our secure server. Your transaction and personal information is important to us as it is to you.
