Shipping costs are as stated in auction. HOWEVER If you want it shipped another way or faster. We will accomodate. Please tell us.

Multiple items: Orders are processed every day as they close. That doesn't mean they ship that day. Some items are not on the shelf and must be finished  You may have bid or bought 25 things at 25 different times. If we assume you are bidding and will win other items then we would need to wait until every item your bidding on is over and then decide the best way to package and ship. This would delay shipping on every item and disappoint people who only win one auction.  Many sellers on Ebay are very creative in their approach to making a profit.  In most cases it is unlikely that the buyer will pay only the exact shipping costs. Shipping is a time consuming process. It involves materials and time.  The technical name for this process is (Fullfillment)

The US Postal Service is the least expensive method to ship and therfore in most cases that is what people want. It is not always the best. If you have ever tried to make a claim with the Post Office you know what I mean. Larger, heavier items are better shipped UPS. Oversize or extremely heavy items can drive the shipping costs up considerably.

We have been shipping products of all kinds for over 20 years and realize that this is the biggest area of concern for Ebay buyers. Creating a standard that is efficient and profitable is challenging even for the most experienced in the fullfillment process.

The bottom line for us is that you have a great experience and that you feel good about what you bought and that you return again and again.

Return Policy

Please understand the nature of handcrafted merchandise that in some cases have rusted or distressed finishes.  It is intentional that the pieces are not perfect. A Chip, Ding, Scratch, Smudge or slight distortions in metal art. Is not considered a defect.  Buyer will pay for return shipping with insurance. Seller expects that all returns are in acceptable condition.  If buyer receives product that appears to be damaged in shipping , Buyer agrees to make the claim at the Post Office or call for a package inspection from UPS.

Personalized product cannot be returned. Once a name is attached it cannot be re-stocked..

Legal:

This product is designed and manufactured for ornamental display purposes only and should not be used in any manor, which is inconsistent with ornamental display. Plasma cut steel can be sharp and should be handled carefully at all times. (Gloves)

This product should be attached or placed away from accidental contact in a secure fashion.
