"Christmas Cactus"

The leaves of this popular hanging cactus are flattened joints which eventually grow to 1'. The attractive tubular like flowers are usually bright red. Flat, green, pendent branches drip with double-skirted ballerina-like flowers of rose and orange-pink to brighten the during the Christmas season.

Requires well-drained soil of equal parts leafmold, peatmoss, garden loam, and clean sharp sand. Keep in full sun and water regularly through spring. Packet contains 15 fresh seeds,care and propagation notes.
