We do buy and sell over eBay. Most of our products are removed from working environment. If there are any known issues regarding the item, we will certainly tell you in the item description. Sometimes we take pictures of the actual item and anything included with the auction. If you don’t see it in the picture or it is not listed at the item description, most likely it’s not included in the sale. Never assume that it is included. Sometimes the photo(or photos) listed are just for demo only. In that case the actual item you get might be different from what’s shown in the photo(or photos). If you have any questions, please ask us before your bidding on our auctions. We will not accept bids from those with overall negative feedback. We consider the transaction ends once the buyer is happy with the product received and has left feedback. We will leave feedback only after the buyer has left one for us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. PAYMENT TERMS.

We accept paypal.

We accept Paypal for purchase or combined purchases under US$500.00(winning bid price).

We don’t accept Paypal if a sale or combined sales are more than US$500.00(winning bid price)

For a sale or combined sales that are worth more than US$500.00, we accept wire transfer only.

Payments must be received within 8 days from close of auction.

Paypal users must give their confirmed physical Paypal address as we will only ship to the buyer’s confirmed shipping address. There are NO exceptions as this protects us from fraudulent transactions. The confirmed shipping address is the same as your credit card billing address.

2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING(S&H).

S&H fee listed usually includes insurance already, unless otherwise stated.

Most low value items(under US$800.00) are shipped via Postal ground service with insurance but without tracking number. Postal service takes longer time than UPS.

Most high value items(above US$800.00) are shipped via UPS ground with insurance and tracking number.

Sometimes the S&H fee is determined by the chargeable weight(size matters) not the actual weight. Please keep that in mind if the item you win is bulky. Please contact us for a quote if you need a faster level of service or if you need a service with a tracking number(UPS has a tracking number). Items are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment.

Buyer will be responsible for all S&H charges. We usually accept bidders from lower 48 States and Canada only. There is no local pickup unless otherwise stated. For non US and Canada bidders, please read the terms and conditions for non US and Canada bidders below.

3. WARRANTY INFORMATION.

We make no claims of warranty attached with the item. All items are sold in AS IS condition with all sales final including new items. New and factory-sealed items that are defective must be exchanged or returned to the manufacturer as they should still be under warranty. We give the buyers 3 calendar days to contact us for DOA. We will exchange the item or refund the buyer only the winning bid price. We do not refund S&H costs or reimburse for returning shipping. A telecomland security tag or mark is hidden on all items to prevent any fraud. Breaking, removal or tampering of any such tags or marks will void any DOA claims.

If the term of a sale is stated AS IS at the item description, that sale is FINAL. No REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be allowed for such a sale.

4. TERMS FOR RETURNS.

All DOA claims must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of item. Otherwise all DOA claims will be void.

S&H costs are non-refundable. We don’t refund shipping costs of returned or exchanged items. If returning an item for exchange, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees from/to your location. A telecomland security tag or mark is hidden on all items to prevent any fraud. Breaking, removal or tampering of any such tags or marks will void any DOA claims.

5. INFORMATION FOR HARD DRIVES OR NEEDING PASSWORD.

Hard drives may have been reformatted or erased by the original owner to protect intellectual property. Unless specifically noted, computer equipment doesn’t not ship with any Operating System(even if OS is still loaded). We are not responsible for items that need reformatting of drives, system configuration and installation of software not included with the item. We are also not responsible for any items needing security passwords or passwords of any kinds. We will not have passwords unless specifically noted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to reload appropriate software or handle issues regarding passwords. Our job is to sell the hardware listed.

6. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NON US & CANADA BIDDERS.

1)All international buyers must email us to get the permission to bid and the S&H fee before bidding.

2)The payment terms for international buyers are wire transfer only. No other payment is accepted.

3)All international sales will be treated as a AS-IS Sale. No refund or exchange.

4)International Buyers must pay their country’s custom fee if there is duty fee, etc.

5)Refunds to damaged or lost package will be issued only after the insurance claim has been

successfully approved by shipping company.
