PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This property is located near the town of Twentynine Palms. It is between Valle Vista Road and Carey Road, West of Barbara Lane. The property is flat and zoned residential. The lot dimensions are 330 x 660 feet. It has a cabin on the lot that is for sale as is. The cabin dimensions are 16 x 25 feet. There is no plumbing or electrical to the cabin. The fence posts inside the cabin come with it.

DIRECTIONS

From the Palm Springs area take Interstate 10 approximately 3 miles West and turn North on Twentynine Palms HWY (HWY 62) . Follow Hwy 62 to Twentynine Palms (42 miles). Once in Twentynine Palms, turn left on Utah Trail, follow two miles to Amboy. Turn right on Amboy and follow approximately 9 miles to Barbara Lane; turn left. Follow Barbara Lane 2 miles to Valle Vista. Turn left and follow 330 feet to the acreage on the right.

Bidding is on the Down Payment starting at $500. The bid is subtracted from the price of the lot which is fixed at $15,000. The remaining balance ($15,000 – bid = remaining balance) can be paid off in cash or owner financed. Buyer may select a payment plan from the following:

One Year Plan: Remaining Balance financed 4% for 12 months ($1,234.67 per month if winning bid is $500 and remaining balance is $14,500)

There are no prepayment penalties. If the note is paid off early, buyer will save on interest and receive deed immediately.
