You are offered a vintage 40" tall simply sculptured wood mid century modern table lamp.  It is 8" in diameter.  It features a pull chain on and off sliding finial on the metal interior rod.  The original paper shade is long gone, but the two wire rings are still with the lamp so a new shade could be made.  Alternatively you can skip the interior shade and use the harp to mount a shade over the top.  There is no marker's mark that we could find.  A seen in the picture it does work.
