	Condition:	Items are offered as is with no warranty. Known defects are listed, but the absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean the item may not have deficiencies. The potential buyer is strongly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding.
	Shipping:	The seller does not ship unless item description states otherwise. The buyer is responsible for picking up all purchased merchandise from our Utica, New York location unless otherwise stated.
	Payment:	Full payment is due within FIVE (5) business days of notice of award. Winning bidder will receive email with payment instructions. PAYPAL no other form of payment is accepted unless otherwise stated .
	Tax:	NY State Tax is collected unless tax exempt. Sales Tax in Oneida County is 8.75% Further information about tax exempt status can be provided to the winning bidder.

	Pre-sale Inspection:	To arrange for inspection, please call (315) 798-5880. Items are usually available for inspection weekdays by appointment (excluding holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
	Item Pickup:	Pickup must occur within 10 business days of receipt of invoice. Buyer arranges and pays for all pickup. This includes packing, removal, and transportation or shipping if offered. 24 hours notice required prior to pickup.
	Pickup Hours:	9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). M-F
	Directions:	Items are located at the County Office Building in Utica, New York unless otherwise stated. Information on how to reach the location will be provided upon request.
	Default:	All property not picked up within 10 day reverts back to the County of Oneida, with no financial compensation made to buyer. Please pick up your items promptly!
