Once the item is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the carrier, i.e.: USPS, Fedex, etc. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, delays, item(s) lost, etc.

Better Than Saks offers a 7 day refund policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. Although we do our best to describe items honestly and inspect items thoroughly, we are only human. In the occasional instance that we make a mistake on an item, we will quickly resolve it by issuing a full refund or exchange whenever possible. This does not include interpretation of item color due to variation of monitor displays. Refund will be dispersed after we receive the returned item, in the same condition that we shipped it in. Our items are sold on as is basis. Any damage we notice will be described. To keep costs to a minimum all shipping fees are nonrefundable:

• The item must be returned in all the original packaging, including cartons, boxes.
• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• If shipping was FREE then the actual shipping fee paid to ship the item(s) to you will be deducted from any refund
• We may accept returns that do not qualify under our return policy. These returns will only be accepted at our discretion and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
