Terms and Conditions

• 1. Due to a lot of misunderstandings, I grow plants and therefore cannot always ship the next day. Usually shipping is on Tues or Wed. so all items should be paid by Monday or your package will ship the following week. EXPECT DELIVERY IN 7-12 DAYS or longer if you use an echeck, since they also must clear first. I do use Paypal labels so you can track your item in your Paypal history next to your payment.
• 2.Please EMAIL any questions before bidding and ask if you need planting directions or any particular info before shipping.
• 3. Please READ AUCTION AD thoroughly because I often use stock pictures and show mature specimens of a starter plant that is actually up for auction. I will always tell approximate size of plant in my description.
• 4. If you have a problem with a plant please EMAIL FIRST and we will try to rectify it. If you wait and decide to leave negative or neutral feedback, I will instantly block you from bidding and leave the notice for other sellers in your feedback profile. Yes, sellers can only leave a positive feedback but we are free to say whatever we wish in your profile for all to see.
• 5. Also we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANT DAMAGE in shipping since it is out of our hands after a package is handed to the postman. Unfortunately, USPS insurance does not cover damaged plants either, however 99% make it just fine. Just keep in mind that heat, cold or crushing can all result in plant damage. It is also wise to use an address where someone will be home to receive the article, rather than have it wait in a box outside under the elements. If necessary I will also hold plants and ship when the weather is more favorable in your area for plant survival.
• 6. I do offer a combined shipping discount, but only if you wait for all auctions to end and make one payment. Also Ebays invoices do not always give discounts so it is best to use the request an invoice from seller or email me personally at ihurleyorchids@hotmail.com to get the full discount.
• 7. Lastly, if you don't intend to pay, don't bid!! I also will leave an unpaid strike if an item is not paid in 10 days, and remember 3 strikes and you are out!
