Vintage Painted Floating Wood Duck Decoy with Swivel Head -1950s/1960s?

This is a neat old painted wood duck decoy. I am really taking a shot in the dark by guessing it is possibly from the 1950s or 1960s. That is only a guess however, not sure. The decoy is 18 1/4" from tip of bill to tail. Painted a gray/black color, the decoy is made of some kind of light wood. It is starting to deterate due to the age as you can see lots of cracks to the paint and wood flaking off around the base of the neck. The head turns on what I am guessing is a metal rod inside the body. If you lift the head up, you can see the rod has rust to it. There is a rudder or whatever it is called on the bottom of the duck to make it float or steer it. Not sure what it is called! The underside of the bill of the decoy has a piece chipped off possibly due to age. Not sure however. This doesn't detract and with a little paint, it won't be noticeable. There are 2 small fleabite holes, a scrape in the back of the decoy, missing eyes, and some other marks which I am guessing is due to the deteration from age and much use.
