These Plaques are individually custom made with your personalized choice of number and wording. They make fantastic Christmas, Birthday, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day, or House Warming gifts! They are very unique, hand made, and everyone with an address has a need for one.



The House Number Plaque is carved into an 11 ½” by 6” piece of Natural, Textured Black Slate. No two pieces are exactly alike since the material is a product of nature. We will carve any number (up to 5 digits) and wording of your choice (street name, or family name, etc….). You have a choice of 2 colors of numbering; Silver or Gold, (White is available for an extra $6.00 US).

The Plaque comes with 2 pre-drilled holes for mounting. If you use the "Buy It Now" option, we will include the mounting hardware at no additional cost! (2 screws, 2 plugs and 2 black screw caps, which blend in perfectly with the plaque). If "Buy It Now" is not used then please add $2.99 USD if you require the mounting hardware.

Please be confident that you are buying directly from the Artist. Carving stone has been my livelihood for nearly a decade. I take great pride in my product and aim to please every client no matter how small the order. Each piece is made in my workshop in Toronto, Canada.
