Please know your shoe size, if unsure, go with the larger of the two your deciding on. Better too big than too small. There are no returns on our shoes, please understand, I am selling these shoes for a minimal amount, so if you need a different size, you are responsible for shipping the shoes back to me, and paying for the shipping costs back out to you, which is the original $10.99
