With the cheaper shades you don’t get many of the great features of an
authentic Delkin shade. One, being the superb quality. Another is the
two year warranty that comes with the shade, which we also honor. Third
and most importantly. The cheaper shades are not two piece shades. The
Delkin shades sun glare protector will snap off leaving the LCD screen
protector intact. With the other cheaper models the sun glare part
stays on all the time. So when shooting at night, indoors, in
the shade, or anywhere that there is no sun light. The glare protector
actually gets in the way of you seeing the pictures. With the cheaper
shades you have two choices. Remove the shade protector completely and
leave your LCD screen unprotected, or leave it on and not see what you
are taking a picture of. Every single Delkin
shade has the removable sun glare part. So if shooting in no sun light
conditions, you can actually take off the glare blocker and still keep
the LCD protector on so your LCD screen is protected 100% of the time.
So even though Delkin shades are a bit more expensive than the cheaper
models, they are well worth it. You don’t have to take my word for it
though. You can contact any of the other sellers who sell the cheaper
