Does the mattress have an odor?

Yes. Our mattresses have a slight odor. It is non toxic and will dissipate over time. You can remove the cover and wash it. This allows the memory foam to breathe and it elleviates the odor from the cover.

Is this mattress brand new?

Yes. All our products are brand new.

What is the difference between air flow and non air flow?

The air flow allows the memory foam to breathe. It also creates a less firm feel to the mattress. It does slightly reduce the temperature from the memory foam. The non air flow mattress is firm and if you do not have any specific preferences, you can count on this mattress to perform beautifully.

Does the mattress come with a cover?

Yes. All our products (Mattress & Pillows) come with a removable – washable zipper cover. The cover is 100% cotton that has a velour feel to it.

Do you sell the foundation or bed?

No. We only sell the mattress.

What kind of foundation does this mattress need?

As long as the mattress lays on a solid flat surface. If you have an existing box spring or a bed with slats, you can simply put a board or plywood over so that it is completely solid and flat.

How do you ship your products and how long is the transit time?

We ship with FedEx Ground. Transit time is 1-5 business days. Southern California = 1 business days, Northern California = 2 business days, West coast states – 3 business days, Mid – East Coast States = 4-5 business days. If you are in a rural area, there may be a 1 day delay.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

COVERED PRODUCTS:

Mattresses sold by MemoryFoamDr will be covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty.

MATTRESS WARRANTY, UNDER NORMAL WEAR:

MemoryFoamDr memory foam mattress is guaranteed to retain at least 90% of its original loft for a period of up to 10 years, covering the average life of a mattress. 
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and an original receipt must be presented upon filing a claim.

LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Zipper Cover (including stains, soiling, tears, rips or burns)
• Piece with law tag removed
• Any piece in an unsanitary state due to soilage, staining and / or odor
• Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation (Not using a solid foundation or flat surface under the mattress)
• Bed Height
• Comfort Performance
• Cost of transportation to the factory for inspection
• Merchandise sold “as is”, “distressed”, or “floor model”
• A MemoryFoamDr Product that is shipped outside our shipping area (48 U.S.A. Connecting States

Limited warranty applies to mattresses only and not pads / pillows. The customer is responsible for ALL freight and shipping costs.

SHIPPING

We only ship to the 48 US Connecting States. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. All shipments are curbside delivery only. We do not offer white glove service. Due to the oversize package, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, FPO, or APO addresses. We only ship to the 48 US connecting states. Due to the oversize and overweight package, please anticipate 3-10 business days for transit time. We do require a signature for the package so someone will have to be home to sign for the package.

PAYMENT

RETURN POLICY

The customer can return the item(s) as long as we receive it with in 90 days from the purchase date, it must be in good-clean condition, you must have a receipt, and the customer is responsible for freight and shipping costs.  Customer is at liberty to use any means to ship back to us. All returns must be delivered to us before the 90 days, if it exceeds your time limit, your return will be refused.  The warehouse will inspect the returned item and you will receive a check in the mail for the entire item amount.
