FAST SHIPPING is what we are known for, we ship Monday - Saturday, with 99% of all items shipped same day as payment received.  We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor.  Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped as soon as possible.  Please allow extra time if you are paying by paypal e-check.

COMBINED SHIPPING is offered on most items, some larger items that require their own box can not be combined.  Combined shipping will take place during checkout, at that time you will also have the option to upgrade shipping time and select optional insurance.

Items sold AS IS are not eligible for return or refund.  Electronic componets (memory, motherboards, cpu,etc) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.  All other good working returns will incur a 25% restocking charge.  You have seven (7) business days from receipt of your item to verify that it works as it should. Please contact us with any issues so we can troubleshoot the problem and determine whether a return is necessary. All items must be in their original packaging, with no missing items. Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back are not eligible for a refund. Compatibility of any product is the purchaser's responsibility. If you have any questions about a product, please visit the manufacturer's website or call their customer service before placing a bid. If you still have questions after contacting the maufacturer, please contact us. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted after 30 days for any type of merchandise unless the warranty period was extended in the auction listing.
