Not dated, but judging by the yellowing of the vinyl folder I would venture to say this is a vintage item. Folder does have some dirt marks on the surface but is not torn.
Records appear to be in pristine condition, I would say they have not been played. If they were played, it was with great care, these are very clean looking records.
