Warranty Terms and Conditions

Covered Products:
Mattresses sold by Memory Foam Dr will be covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty. Memory Foam Dr will approve all designs that are 100% and do not contain foam from other manufacturers.

Claim Limitations:
Warranty is limited to Memory Foam Dr. mattresses only. Any and all subsequent materials, labor, and /or delivery charges are not covered under this warranty. Defects due to faulty workmanship or structural defects during the 10 year warranty, will NOT be covered under the warranty. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and a receipt must be presented upon filing a claim.

Exclusions:
If the mattress is abused, misused in any way, exposed to all types of liquids or chemical products, bodily fluids, excess dirt, burn marks, damaged, or has evidence of other foreign materials, this will void the warranty. Not using a solid foundation for the memory foam mattress will void the warranty. The cloth (velour) cover provided with the mattress is NOT included in the warranty. Memory Foam Dr. reserves the right to inspect all mattresses involved in warranty claims. Upon filing a warranty claim, please be prepared to send digital photos via email. All inspections will take place at the designated customer’s manufacturing facility. The warranty does not include a “Comfort Guarantee” which is provided under the 90 day trial period.

Coverage Period:
Memory Foam Dr. mattress are guaranteed to retain at least 90% of its original loft for a period of up to 10 years, covering the average life of a mattress.

Shipping

All shipments are curbside delivery only. We do not offer white glove service. Due to the oversize package, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, FPO, or APO addresses. We only ship to the 48 US connecting states. Due to the oversize and overweight package, please anticipate 3-10 business days for transit time. We do require a signature for the package so someone will have to be home to sign for the package.

Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express/PayPal (which includes Visa / Mastercard). We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS. Upon winning your bid , you will receive an automatic response from Pay Pal. Please follow the Pay Pal link if you would like use this payment method. 

Return Policy

The customer can return the item(s) as long as we receive it with in 90 days from the purchase date, it must be in good-clean condition, you must have a receipt, and the customer is responsible for freight and shipping costs.  Customer is at liberty to use any means to ship back to us. All returns must be delivered to us before the 90 days, if it exceeds your time limit, your return will be refused.  The warehouse will inspect the returned item and you will receive a check in the mail for the entire item amount.
