VINTAGE PIN FROM MEXICO—3 BIRDS ON A PERCH—STERLING SILVER

 

This is an old pin I bought in Mexico probably 35 years ago.  It shows three birds with peach-colored stone bodies and sterling silver heads, backs, front wings, and tail.  The birds sit on a twisted metal perch, all facing the same direction.  One bird has a small crack near the bottom of the stone which does not really affect the appearance.  The back is marked Mexico 925.  Simple clasp on back—no locking device.
