This THE PetSafe PET DOOR SIZE SMALL (4.25" x 7" FLAP SIZE) is BRAND NEW and HAS NEVER BEEN USED or INSTALLED!  It has been opened but never used.  It is missing the screws but you can get them at ANY hardware store and the instructions tell you what size they should be.  ALL INSTRUCTIONS, TEMPLATES, and everything else that originally came with the pet door are INCLUDED.
