The Crocs Youth shoes do fit fairly true to size. For those women with petite feet the youth sizes do convert over to women's sizing. The Youth 1 is comparable to a Women's 3, the Youth 2 is comparable to a Women's 4 and the Youth 3 is comparable to a Women's 5.
