If you purchase more than one item from me, wait for my invoice before paying in order to receive your shipping discount. My shipping charges do include delivery confirmation, except for letter-sized envelopes for coupons, etc. I ship through Paypal most of the time, so you should get a confimation email from them with your delivery confirmation number once I ship your package.
