eBAY's FEEDBACK AND DETAILED SELLER RATINGS (DSRs) -- eBay rewards PowerSellers for having high scores on feedback and DSRs (those stars you see when you leave feedback).  eBay discounts fees if my ratings are high, so the more stars I get, the more money I save ... and I promise to pass along those savings to you by continuing to offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on most items I sell.  PERFECT Feedback and 5-STAR DSRs are critical to sellers like me!  If you buy from me and are not completely satisfied, please email me before you rate me less than perfect.  I will do all I can to satisfy your buying experience .... please give me all the positives and all the stars!  And now for the DSR breakdown, and other pertinent info:

• DSR: ITEM AS DESCRIBED:  I try to provide the sharpest possible images of the item, and details such as size and condition are always noted.  If there is a defect, I say so.  If it is new, I will tell you if it is in package, on card, with or without tags, or in box.  If there is a bit of information you need that you do not find in my description, I promise to answer your email question within 24 hours.
• DSR: COMMUNICATION:  I always answer emails within 24 hours, invoice you for items won on the same day you win, and send you an email to let you know when your package is posted.  When your package is on its way, I will leave positive feedback for you, because once you’ve paid, you’ve done your part.  When you open your package, if you have any problems whatsoever with your purchase, please email me ... I promise to respond within 24 hours to resolve any issues you might have. 
• DSR: SHIPPING TIME:  Your package leaves my house within two business days of receiving payment, often the same day.   Rarely (but it can happen) the package is delayed within the postal service.   Holidays and bad weather can cause delays, out of my control once I've posted the package.  First class mail packages arrive within a week; priority mail packages arrive within 3 days.  I print postage from home, and I drive to the post office almost every day to ensure you get your item in a jiffy!  Everything I ship domestically includes delivery confirmation, so you can track your shipment online by clicking on the link within the item’s description.  If you are unable to navigate this USPS tracking system, email me and I will help you.
  
• DSR: SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES: FREE FIRST CLASS S&H TO U.S. & CANADA for all lightweight items!  Anything weighing less than 13 ounces will be sent to you for FREE!  So the quality packaging materials I use such as padded envelopes and bubble-wrap, gas to drive to the post office, and handling time are all complimentary!
• International shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the item, and are negotiable when you purchase more than one item.  Overseas packages will be sent via first class airmail for $6 no matter how many items you purchase as long as the weight does not exceed 13 ounces.   The $6 charge covers the extra time it takes to send packages overseas -- time for filling out customs forms and standing in line at the post office.  Please let me know if you want to bid on additional items to combine shipping.  Important note: first class and global priority mail packages cannot be tracked.  If the value exceeds $100, it is recommended that you purchase express mail so we can track and insure the package.  For heavier items or when you do not see an international shipping option, please email me prior to bidding for a quote for shipping to your country.
• PRIORITY MAIL OPTION: I offer priority mail (to U.S. addresses only) as a second choice for shipping lightweight items, and the only choice for shipping items heavier than 13 ounces.  The actual postage cost for priority mail to all U.S. locations in a box weighing one pound or less is approx $5.   Flat rate priority mail boxes for heavier than three pounds cost approx $10 to send domestically.  For a limited time, I am offering FREE S&H for these heavier items to all U.S. addresses.  When you purchase a lightweight (less than 13 ounces) item that would normally ship first class, you have the option to pay $5 for priority mail, for faster delivery; and as a special bonus you will also receive a Disney employee newsletter (Eyes & Ears, Disneyland Line, or Newsreel).
• INSURANCE is not offered on every item, but if you want it, please email me and I will add that option for the amount USPS charges based on the value of the item.  I have sold thousands of items, and I have yet to have USPS damage or lose an item.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can send it back to me for a full refund or exchange if I have more of the same item.
  
• EXTRAS!  When you spend more than $100, I will upgrade to priority mail (domestic buyers only) and ship for free S&H, plus I send surprise items such as Disney maps or newsletters, just for the fun of it.
  
• COMBINING YOUR PURCHASES – Please wait for a combined invoice when you purchase more than one item.  I promise to send an invoice within 24 hours, so if you buy more than one item, please wait for the combined invoice so I can include possible free shipping upgrades for you. 
• I AM A PICKY PACKER!  I wrap each pin and lanyard with bubble paper and ship in a padded envelope when you select first class mail.  When you select priority mail, I wrap in tissue or bubble paper, place the item in a plastic bag, and ship in a box.  Rest assured, your items will arrive protected – money back guarantee!
  
• HOW LONG DO I WAIT FOR PAYMENT?  If you use the buy-it-now option or win an auction but want to continue shopping to combine shipping, that is really great with me!  Just send me an email to let me know ... and take your time.  I may send out automatically-generated payment reminders if more than one week goes by ... if you get one of those reminders, just email me to let me know your plans to pay.
