Occupied Japan Porcelain Little Girl and Dolly Figurine

Inherited from my late Father-In-Law, this is a 3 3/4 inch tall Porcelain or China (if there is a difference I don't know how to tell) painted figurine of a little girl wearing a bandanna and holding her little dolly. The base is marked: "MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" under the printed Emperor's Chrysanthemum symbol. I can't see any chips or scratches on the figurine. The base has a not round hole in the base as you see from the detailed photo's I have posted showing the Figurine from all sides. I do not know if this means the base had a small broken out AFTER it was completed or if this is just a normal part of it's manufacturing. Therefore I list this not round hole here for full disclosure and show it in the pictures. Check my feed back and bid with confidence! I am a small volume, but international seller. Thsi is a NO RESERVE AUCTION so the high bidder gets this cute little figurine!

This item will be packed for safe shipping with bubble wrap, paper shreds and in a spacious, sturdy cardboard box, so arrives in one undamaged piece, unless "they" drive over it or take a sledge hammer to it! Shipping within the U.S. will be $5.95. If you haven't received a Winning Bidder Notice/Invoice from me within 2 days of the close of this auction, please check your service provider's server settings, since it may screen my e-mails as spam. This has been the cause of a couple of upset customers who thought I was ignoring their winning bid even as I was banging my head on the keyboard as I sent e-mail after e-mail till they found their server settings were blocking my e-mails!
