This item is a Abigail Adams GWTW Quoizel Lamp Base.  It is in Excellent Condition - lights both top and base together or separately.  Has metal feet base (approx. 6.5" square) and metal fixture for top shade.  Metal rim that shade would fit onto measures 7" across.  Base measures from bottom to top of the metal rim - 12 3/4" tall - with frosted / clear chimney it measures approx. 23" tall.  Chimney measures approx. 12" tall x 3" bottom opening - does show some ware on the frosted coloring with some scrapes and marks - no chips or cracks.  The base is milk white with blue / green / yellow floral design.  Have put loads of pictures on for review.
