Condition is Good+ - teensy crease on upper corner cover, very small creases on lower corner cover, very small creases on upper and lower corner back cover, light readers crease line on edge cover by spine, binding tight (but pulling a little at staples, staples rusting some, all pages complete (no missing pages), has some very small creases along spine, has a 1/4" tear on top edge cover, has 2 teensy tiny chips off top edge spine, teensy ding and tiny rub on bottom spine, has 2 teensy tiny chips off side edge back cover, back cover a little dusty/dirty, very light yellowing to pages.
